Twelve out of the nineteen invited investment companies and banks submitted offers for consultant in the privatization of State Savings Bank DSK before the deadline on June 17 expired. Among them are ABM AMPO, Commerzbank, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Raiffeisen Investment, Rotschild International, Salomon Smith Barney. “I think that this is an excellent result,” Kordovska commented. The evaluation of the offers will take some two weeks. After that the BCC Board of Directors will propose one of the candidates or a short list of three candidates with the best offers. Consultant on the DSK bank privatization is expected to be selected by mid-July, which will be followed by negotiations and in end-July a contract is planned to be signed.
