USD 40m, necessary for the re-launch of Nova Plama AD oil refinery in Pleven, has been provided, the Executive Director of the company Evangelos Baroutas announced. The fuel oil processing enterprise is preparing for resuming production. The credit line of USD 40m will secure restoring the full cycle of production for 3 months, claims the Executive Director. He said it is not logical the present owners to get prepared for liquidation of the enterprise. They invested about BGN 13m for salaries and expenses of the company for the 20 months during which the refinery has not been working.
