Webit Investment Network to seek BGN 5.9m on BEAM

Webit Investment Network – an investment company founded in 2022, announced its IPO on BEAM will be on 6 June. The offering will consist of up to 5 588 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of BGN 1.00 and issue price of BGN 1.05. The IPO would be successful if at least 2 794 001 of the newly issued shares are subscribed and paid for. Currently, the company is wholly owned by Anchealo Consultants, related to the Bulgarian entrepreneur and founder of the WEBIT forum – Plamen Rusev. The capital structure before the offering consists of 299 999 ordinary shares with nominal value of BGN 1.00, one Class A preferred share with nominal value of BGN 1.00 and one class B preferred share with nominal value of 1.00. The class A share gives a decisive voting power in certain decisions, while the class B share gives its owner the right to guaranteed dividend of 20% of net income, adjusted for revaluation gains/losses and 20% of the liquidation value of the company, reduced by the nominal value of issued shares. The company plans to distribute at least 90% of net income, adjusted for revaluation gains/losses and the dividend of the class B share.
