The auction for unexercised rights in the ongoing capital increase of Eurohold Bulgaria will be held on 14 November, where 19 574 831 rights, or 18% of the total number of issued rights, will be offered. Eurohold aims to raise BGN 54m by issuing 36 214 570 new shares at par value of BGN 1.00 and issue price of BGN 1.50 per share. Thus the share capital shall be increased to BGN 144 858 282 from 108 643 712 currently.
