Britain's Growth Management Limited and Hillside Apex Fund Limited, based on the Cayman Islands, have bought the 20% stake in Bulgaria's First Investment Bank (FIBank) held by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the bank said on Fri. FIBank held 7.8% of the Bulgarian banking market by end-October. The bank's assets exceeded 2 bln levs with credits at 1.25 bln levs and net profit at 17 mln levs.
