Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission oked Wed the secondary bourse offering of 4 bonds with a total value of 16 mln euro. The regulator approved the prospectus of the 5 mln euro private placement of the United Milk Company; the 2 mln euro bonds placed by Agrileasing and Transleasing; and the 7 mln euro issue of Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria. The bourse has registered 61 mortgage and corporate bonds so far.
