A.R.U.S Holding raises the tender offer price for Svilosa by 17% to BGN 5.50

A.R.U.S Holding proposed BGN 5.50 per share for the remaining 2 139 070 shares of Svilosa (6.74% of share capital) in a revised tender offer. The company raised its buyout price by 17% after the FSC issued a temporary ban on the previous proposal. A.R.U.S Holding controls 93.26% of Svilosa indirectly through a common governance agreement with KBD SA.
