Advance Terrafund REIT purchased 445 daa new land and sold 32 daa during the month of September 2026. As a result, the land portfolio amounted to 169 512 daa. The expected revenue for the 2025-2026 agricultural year is EUR 4 484k (-3.5% YoY) with 62.3% of it already collected. Currently, the fund has rented out 150 522 daa, or 87.7% of its rentable portfolio at an average price of EUR 29.79/daa (-1.3% YoY).
