Advance Terrafund REIT purchased 291 daa new land in Oct’24 at an average price of BGN 1 698/daa (-8.2% MoM). The fund didn’t complete any land disposals during the month. As a result, the land portfolio reached 181 531 daa (+0.2% MoM). The expected revenue for the 2024-2025 agricultural year is BGN 9 111.2k (-4.4% YoY) with 15.5% of it already collected. The decrease compared to the 2023-2024 season is due to the decrease in the average rent price to BGN 59.74/daa (-7.5% YoY) and despite a jump in the rented area to 152 508 daa (+3.3% YoY; 84.8% of the rentable portfolio).
