Advance Terrafund REIT purchased 1 311 daa new land in Sept’21 at an average price of BGN 1 314/daa (+6.1% MoM). The fund sold 18 047 daa during the month at BGN 1 500/daa (-2.5% MoM). The company has also finalised the sale of 5 203 daa as part of a lease contract from 2016 at BGN 1 389/daa. As a result, the land portfolio shrank to 185 280 daa (-10.6% MoM). The expected revenue for the 2020-2021 agricultural year is BGN 6 831.8k (+3.5% YoY) with 71.4% of it already collected. Currently, the fund has rented out 169 138 daa, or 83.7% of its rentable portfolio at an average price of BGN 40.39/daa (+1.8% YoY).
