Advance Terrafund REIT purchased 204 daa new land and sold 220 daa during the month of August. In addition, the company signed a 5-year lease contracts for the sale of 1 676 daa. As a result, the land portfolio amounted to 171 721 daa (flat MoM). The expected revenue for the 2025-2026 agricultural year is EUR 4 488.6k (-3.4% YoY) with 29.0% of it already collected. Currently, the fund has rented out 150 856 daa, or 87.5% of its rentable portfolio at an average price of EUR 29.75/daa (-1.4% YoY).
