Advance Terrafund shareholders voted in favour of a gross DPS for 2019, amounting to BGN 0.14 (+197.9% YoY). The latter corresponds to a 7.6% yield to the last reported price and a 93.4% payout ratio. With this the REIT will have an uninterrupted decade of dividend payments. Total amount to be distributed stands at BGN 11.9m. Ex-date will be August 28, 2020. Apart from that Advance Terrafund purchased 520 daa new land in Jul’20 at an average price of BGN 1 063/daa (+0.8% MoM). During the month the fund had finalized the sale of 522 daa on a leasing contract from 2015. Average sale price was BGN 1 376/daa. The REIT has also sold directly another 363 daa at an average price of BGN 1 500/daa. After that, the land portfolio amounted to 224 669 daa (-0.2% MoM). Expected revenue for the 2019-2020 agricultural year stands at BGN 6 533.1k. Currently, the fund has rented out 163 487 daa, or 83.5% of its rentable portfolio at an average rate of BGN 39.96/daa (+4.6% YoY).
