Agria Group Holding is negotiating the acquisition of 100% of the capital of two agricultural companies. The names of the companies are not clear yet, but the executive director of Agria Group Holding announced that through their acquisition the holding will accomplish in advance its goals set for 2012. According to the investment program, the company has to own between 7 500 and 8 000 ha of agricultural land by then.
