Agro Finance REIT has acquired 59 ha of land in February and following the purchase its portfolio grew to 12 755 ha of agricultural land. The average acquisition price (all costs included) as of end-February is BGN 2 821 (€1 442) per ha. Up to the end of February 10.3k ha were rented out for the 2009/2010 agricultural season (81 % of the acquired land) at an average rent of €107/ha per month.
