Agro Finance REIT has acquired 41ha of agricultural land in July thus increasing its portfolio to 13 050ha of land. The average acquisition price as of the end of July is BGN 2 830 (€1 147) per ha. Up to 31 July 2010, 11 500ha are rented for the 2009/2010 agricultural season (88% of the acquired land) at an average rent of €104 per ha.
