Agromanage has reduced its stake in ELARG to 32.4% following the sale of 1879k company shares on 3 April. The buyer was not disclosed. The move follows the drop in Agromanage’s stake to 39.90% on 1 April from 43.53% on 25 March. Before Agromanage started reducing its stake in ELARG, it owned 49.50% of the company. On the other hand, CBH Europe Limited has raised its stake in ELARG to 5.19% as of 29 March from 2.68% previously.
