Abrogation of four deals on sale of hotels and restaurants of Kavarna Tourist AD (successor of Rusalka Holiday Village) has been demanded by the company's receiver. Claims will be heard on 16th May in Dobrich. Up to now AKB Company has acquired 42 sites at the price of BGN 182 015 (EUR 93 063), while their valuation was BGN 332 632 (EUR 169 561). No payment has been received up-to-date. AKB Company for Investment and Security OOD, Agroset OOD and Partners Commerce EOOD are structures connected with the majority owner of the holiday village, AKB Corporation. The latter bought 60% of the shares of state owned Rusalka EAD in 1999 at the price of BGN 2.1 mln (EUR 1 073 713).
