Albena plans not to distribute dividends for 2016. The board of directors’ proposition to the shareholders is to retain 2016 profit of BGN 15.9m. The AGM is scheduled for 25 June. The company had not paid dividends only once over the last 15 years. Last year, the shareholders of Albena approved the distribution of BGN 1.9m as dividends, or BGN 0.45 DPS.
