Black Sea resort Albena (ALB) reported a net income of BGN 12.865 million for 2000 - an amazing 52% rise year-on-year. Sales revenues of the resort total some BGN 54m. No distribution of dividend is envisaged. About 50-60% of the tourists visit Albena through tour operators Neckermann, TUI and ITS. The BGN 5m bond issue of Albena will become public after the general shareholders meeting of the company.
