Allterco plans to increase its share capital by 20% (3m new shares) to a total of 18m shares. The capital increase procedure will be successful if at least 1m shares are subscribed and paid. At the beginning of the cap-hike, every existing shareholder will receive as many rights as the number of shares they hold. Record date will be October 5, 2020. After that they will be able to exercise 5 rights in order to subscribe 1 new share with a nominal value of BGN 1.00 and an issue price of BGN 3.00. (Current market price stands at BGN 3.88). Rights will be tradeable on BSE from October 8, 2020 until October 19, 2020. The unexercised rights should be auctioned on October 23, after which the shareholders will have until November 5 to exercise the remaining rights.
