Alu Plast manufacturer of PVC and aluminium windows and doors plans to perform an IPO and use the proceeds to increase production capacity by 100% and to broaden its operations to neighbouring countries Romania and Greece, reported SeeNews agency, citing the financial director of the company. The IPO could take place before the end of this year.
