Advance Terrafund REIT acquired 297 ha of land and sold 1380 ha of its portfolio in June. The total land sold since the beginning of the year totals 4 040 ha at an average price of € 3042/ha with realised return from the sales of 123%. As of the end of June, the REIT owned 30 361 ha of agriland and 13.9 ha of urban land and it had rented out 81.1% of its agriland portfolio at an average rent of €121.17/ha. The average acquisition price of the company’s agriland portfolio was €2 209/ha as of end-June. The expected rental revenues for 2010-2011 are € 2.98m.
