The municipal council of Balchik, on the Black Sea, has granted a 35-year concession for the civic yacht port to the Marina-Balchik consortium which lodged the only bid for the contract. The concessionaire undertakes to invest BGN 2 mln in the facility, increasing the capacity from the current 60 yacht berths to 160. Partners in the consortium are St St Constantin & Elena Holding, BR Management of Sofia, and Varna-based Vimpel.
