Bulgarian construction firm Balkanstroy issued a 5 mln euro bond earlier this week, said bond manager United Bulgarian Bank on Thursday, March 9.
The interest coupon of the 5-year unsecured paper is equal to the 6-month EURIBOR+400 basis points.
The debut bond of the company, aiming to raise cash for general financing purposes, will be listed on the Bulgarian bourse.
The bonds, with a par value of 1,000 euro each, were purchased by Bulgarian institutional investors.
Balkanstroy is co-owner and manager of several hotels in mountain resort town Bansko.
The company is also involved in golf resort projects in Bansko and Balchik, on the Black Sea, as well as a number of industrial and residential developments.
