Shareholders of Bulgaria Real Estate Fund REIT approved the proposed BGN 0.065 gross DPS for 2012 at an AGM held on 15 July. The dividend, a total of BGN 3.9m, consists of 100% of the REIT’s 2012 distributable profit of BGN 2m and BGN 1.92m retained earnings from last year. Dividend yield at the last price of BGN 0.609 comes to 10.7%.
