Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) revealed that it has finalised the deal for the sale of Kambanite Green Offices to I-Card Estates Ltd. Recall that the deal price for the property is EUR 17m (without VAT), which is significantly higher than the historical price of EUR 9.0m and the EUR 14.1m book value as of Q1’2026.
