The EUR 6m bond issue of Varna-based Bross Holding will be listed for trade on the BSE on Friday. The raised funds will be used for financing the company's activities. Bross Holding plans to invest EUR 10m in the construction of two new chemical plants in Silistra. The company has so far invested more than EUR 1m in the port of Silistra and the related infrastructure. Investors will be offered 6,000 bonds with a par value of EUR 1,000 each. The papers yield floating interest equal to the 6 mo Euribor + 4.5%. Interest payments on the five-year issue are due semi-annually.
