Bulgaria On Air acquired 89% stake in Investor.bg, Bulgaria On Air announced. The stake was transferred on BSE-Sofia regulated market for the total amount of BGN 16m (BGN 12.50/share). Bulgaria On Air has also extended a tender offer to the minority shareholders at an undisclosed price per share. The price cannot be below the acquisition price for the majority stake. The tender offer is pending approval by the Financial Supervision Commission. Bulgaria On Air is a media group consisting of a TV and radio station as well as some magazines. The company is owned by the majority shareholders of Chimimport and by companies from the group.
