The Privatisation Agency inked Tuesday the privatisation contract for the sale of 51% stake in the capital of Bulgaria's printing industry leader Rodina Printing and Publishing Complex. The buyer, a consortium of six local dailies, will pay over BGN 6 M in the deal. The deal price will be paid under the Bulgarian-Spanish debt-for-equity scheme. The consortium has pledged to invest BGN 1.5 M in Rodina Printing and Publishing Complex in a period of three years and increase the head-count by 30.
