Bulgaria is expected to open two new chapters at the next session of the Intergovernmental Conference on its accession to the EU, to be held at the level of chief negotiators in Brussels on October 25-26, the Foreign Ministry press office said. These chapters are Free Movement of Persons and Social Policy and Employment Bulgaria expects the chapter Telecommunications and Information Technologies to be closed provisionally. Thus Bulgaria will have opened 23 chapters, on 12 of which negotiations have been completed.
