The Council of Ministers adopted a decree on the target financing of the harmonization of the armaments and equipment of the Bulgarian Army with NATO standards and stepped up achievement of partnership goals.To this end the decree extends 76 million leva (76 million DM) from the national budget to the Ministry of Defence, expertsof the government press office said after the session of the Council of Ministers
