At the AGM scheduled for 23 June the shareholders of Bulgartabac Holding will vote on the distribution of the retained earnings as dividends. The invitation for the AGM did not specify if it means the whole amount of the retained earnings or only part of it. More information will be available in the materials for the AGM, which have not been published yet. In case the proposal is for the whole amount of BGN 54.6 (2010 year-end) the gross DPS will be 7.41 (21.5% dividend yield at the last closing price of BGN 34.5).
