Bulgartabac Holding to be renamed to Bulgarian Investment Holding (NEUTRAL)

Bulgartabac Holding’s Board of directors has called a shareholders meeting on April 11, 2019 to approve changing the holding’s name to Bulgarian Investment Holding and related changes to statutes. The proposal comes soon after the close of the Blagoevgrad tobacco factory, leading to revenue coming mostly from electronics retail and dairy manufacturing.
