Bulland Investments booked a net profit of BGN 555k in the audited statement for 2015. The profit available for distribution restated according to the REITs legislation came in at BGN 655 676. Assuming the minimum 90% distribution, the DPS for the year should be BGN 0.045. The ultimate amount to be distributed will be voted on by the shareholders of the REIT.
