Bulland Investments REIT Sofia has acquired a 7 501 sq.m. land plot near the village of Ledenik, municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, which is an agricultural land with recently changed status, with one side on the Sofia-Varna main road. The acquiring price is BGN 1.4m (VAT excluded). An auto show room, which will later on be rented out, will be built on the plot. The company currently owns 19 437 decare of land. The fund's land portfolio consist of 2,256 plots, acquired at an average price of BGN 192.45/decare.
