Capital Management REIT plans to attract BGN 8m in funding through a capital increase in which it plans to issue 148,148 new shares with nominal value of BGN 1 and issue price of BGN 54 each. The capital increase will be successful if at least 74,074 shares are subscribed and paid for. The planned move is yet to be approved by the Financial Supervision Commission. The REIT’s share capital is currently BGN 830,153, divided into the same number of shares.
