CEZ has new potential buyer for its Bulgarian assets (NEUTRAL)

CEZ has a new prospective buyer for its Bulgarian assets, which had not submitted a binding bid in the initial call for offers in 2017, SeeNews reported citing an email statement by CEZ. Recall that in December, several news agencies reported that CEZ started talks for the sale of its Bulgarian business with India Power Corporation. The company was the second highest bidder in the tender won by Inercom. India Power Corporation, however, was among the interested parties which submitted binding bids back in August 2017.
