CiBank has collected over BGN 78.2m after its capital increase, the bank announced in a message to the BSE. All available new shares were subscribed. Although the bank did not provide details on how the new shares were subscribed among the shareholders recent publications suggest that KBC, the majority owner, has subscribed most of them.
In 2008 the majority shareholders executed a squeeze-out procedure but the bank has not yet been delisted from the public companies’ register.
