Bulgaria’s transport ministry opened a procedure to grant a 30-year concession on the river port of Somovit and Lesport at the Black Sea. Somovit is an industrial port managed by the national port of Rousse. Lesport was built as a cargo facility at the port of Varna and used mainly for timber handling. The concession will be granted by remote tender. The deadline for purchase of documents is March 18. Candidates will be ranked according to their proposals for commission fee, investment programme and turnover indicators.
