The signing of the contract for the sale of a 99,59 percent stake in Biochim bank will take place on Friday. Bank Austria CEO Gerhard Randa is expected to attend the ceremony. The deal will create a credit institution with assets of BGN 850 M after Biochim is merged with HVB Bulgaria. HVB acquired Bank Austria in 2000. Details about the deal will be announced after the signing of the contract.
