Investment funds, consulted by Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI), completed the acquisition of a 37% stake in Huvepharma. Huvepharma is a majority owner of Biovet (78.58%). The stake was acquired through participation in an IPO as well as through buys from other shareholders. CVCI has paid €75m for the stake which values Huvepharma at more than €200m.
