The Privatization Agency (PA) has extended the deadline for the purchase of tender dossiers and information memorandums for the privatization of a 57% stake in Plovdiv-based pharmaceuticals maker Alen Mak after none of the 9 companies that purchased such documentation placed bids by the time the original deadline expired on June 29. Rubella AD-Rudozem, ISIEM Holding, registered on the Isle of Mann, BNP Paribas Bulgaria AD-Sofia, Alen Mak Cosmetics OOD-Plovdiv, Fikosota Holding AD-Shumen, Alenma AD-Sofia, Fikosota Sintez-Shumen, Magnolia 99 EOOD-Plovdiv and Evaip A.S.-Turkey were the companies that had shown interest in Alen Mak.
