Dietsmann N.V. has filed a tender offer to the minority shareholders of Energoremont Holding at BGN 4.15 per share (POSITIVE)

The tender offer which Dietsmann N.V. filed to the minority shareholders of Energoremont Holding in mid-2017 is for 2.5% of the company’s share capital, equivalent to 480 295 shares, and was filed at BGN 4.15 per share. Please recall that the Competition Protection Commission already approved the acquisition of the energy generation, infrastructure maintenance and EPC contractor. The announced corporate strategy would be to expand the business abroad. The deal was first announced in June, when the management of Energoremont Holding commented that a deal could be highly beneficial, as it could expand the scope of operations, grant access to new markets, and increase the customer base.
