Dronamics Capital (DRON) announced that Dronamics Global Ltd. has raised a total of USD 40m in pre-Series A funding from venture capital funds and angel investors from 12 countries ahead of the upcoming Series A round. The amount includes funds received from all SAFE instruments, Founders Factory, Speedinvest, SeedBlink, Eleven Capital, Dronamics Capital, as well as from Angel investors and the Strategic Development Fund (SDF). The new raised fund came on top of the EUR 2.5m grant, awarded by the EU Commission under the Accelerator program, and the EIC’s commitment to support the upcoming Series A round with EUR 12.5m in equity investment. The investment interest is viewed by the CEO, Svilen Rangelov, as convincing evidence of the strength of Dronamics’ business model and the goal to provide unmanned cargo solutions.
