Media Systems, the nation's biggest producer of blank DVDs and CDs, has successfully increased its capital by BGN 1.5m to BGN 3.5m. Investors subscribed 1,499,972 of the 1.5m new shares issued by the company. Over 70% of the company's output is marketed locally. The company will distribute as dividend 87% of its 2006 net profit of BGN 437,000. The gross dividend payout, the first in the company's 5-year history, breaks down to BGN 0.19 per share.
