Bulgarian DZI Bank said assets rose 40% to BGN 1,017 bln in 2005. Retail loans posted the biggest y/y increase with consumer credits doubling and home purchase credits zooming up by 190%. Deposits added 29% to BGN 836 mln. The bank said the number of the its branches reached 191 in late '05.
