At the GSM held on May 20, the shareholders of Elana Agrocredit approved a gross DPS of BGN 0.07 for 2020. The company will distribute BGN 2.6m of the 2020 profit to investors, corresponding to 90% payout ratio and annual gross dividend yield of 6.2% to the last close price of BGN 1.13 per share. Ex-dividend date is June 2, 2021 and payments will be made between July 5, 2021 and October 5, 2021.
