YTD average price per daa was BGN 2 090, which represents 0.5% annual decrease. Short term loans advanced slightly by 0.3% on a monthly basis at BGN 16.7m. YtD leases amounted to BGN 6.5m, compared to BGN 3.5m in the first four months of 2023. The size of the financed land increased to 2 608 daa YtD (+95.6% YoY). *20% of the price is down payment by the lessees.
