The BoD of Eleven Capital decided to back the planned business activities of Course Dot OOD by making an investment in the amount of BGN 99.7k or 10 shares in the upcoming capital increase of the latter. Course Dot is planning to increase its capital by issuing 178 new shares, each with a nominal value of BGN 1.00 and issue price of BGN 9 269.91. As of end-2020 Eleven Capital had a 7.93% stake (90 shares) in the global IT training platform with BGN 196k book value.
