On 21 Nov 2011 Enemona received a Permission signed by the Minister of economics, energetics and tourism to transfer the rights for investigation and exploration of solid fuels-ores and minerals on the area of Momin brod, Montana district (Lom Lignite project) to its subsidiary Artanes Mining Group. Artanes Mining Group, 99.99% owned by Enemona, was registered in April with a capital of BGN 2m divided into the same amount of shares of BGN 1.00 each. Soon after that Enemona sold a BGN 1.56m intangible asset, related to the company’s energy project Lom Lignite to Artanes Mining Group. In the beginning of November the issue of the company was listed on the BSE-Sofia.
